Prummer and Schneider on home ground for round number three

06/05/2026

Kramolin never stopped delivering drama last weekend, so expect more of the same when the FIM Sidecarcross World Championship descends on Kleinhau in Germany just days later May 9-10.

This is home territory for Tim Prummer, who, with Austrian passenger Patrick Schneider, came away from Kramolin second in the table. They have started well together and will be aiming to continue that trend in front of the home fans.

Former champions Marvin Vanluchene and Ben Van Den Bogaart were nothing short of sensational in the Czech Republic, catapulting themselves to third place with overall victory.

The red plate still sits firmly with Killian and Evan Prunier, albeit with a reduced margin of fourteen points. Vanluchene showed a turn of speed not seen in over a year, so he is back to form with a bang. It was clear in Kramolin, he and Ben are more than capable of giving anyone a run for their money this year.

Languishing ninth and tenth are two teams having a torrid start to the new season. The Lielbardis twins with their title aspirations already looking shaky, are neck and neck with defending champion Koen Hermans now with Dion Rietman. Both these crews must, and almost certainly will, get their acts together as the season progresses. Germany needs to be the starting point for them both.

Two British crews occupy fourth and fifth places with Wilkinson/Millard and Foden/Weinmann split by just four points. A DNF in Kramolin hurt Brett’s position, but he’s a fighter. There will also be strong local support for Noah Weinmann, so watch out for the number ten team.

The series is once again joined by the new FIM Quadcross Championship making for another very full schedule.

We will, as always, be bringing you Saturday Qualifying and Sunday races as they happen with full commentary both days.
